However, we also offer Food, Headshot, Pet, Product, Street, and events such as Birthdays, Corporate Events, Festivals, they would fall under the Portrait Photography service. Whatever your needs are, we are here to help you capture stunning images.
Q: What types of video services do you offer?
Similar to our photography services, we specialize in Aerial, Automotive, Event, Real Estate, and other various videography services. Whatever your needs are, we are here to work with you!
Q: Do you offer virtual tours for real estate photography?
A: Yes, we offer comprehensive virtual tours that allow potential buyers or renters to explore your property online. This is a great way to showcase every corner of your property.
Q: How long does it take to receive the photos after the shoot?
A: Typically, you can expect to receive the edited photos within three days or 72 hours after the shoot.
Q: How will the Photos or Video be delivered?
A: We deliver your photos and videos through a secure, online gallery. You will receive an email with a personalized link, allowing you to view, download, and share your high-resolution images or videos at your convenience.
Q: Where are you located / Do you travel?
A: We are based in Charlotte, North Carolina, but we love capturing beautiful moments wherever they happen. We are more than happy to travel within Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. We only ask that you please share the details of your event or session, and we will provide you with an updated rate. 
Q: Do you deliver prints?
A: Currently, we do not offer print services. However, we provide high-resolution digital images that you can easily download and print at your preferred photo lab or online printing service.
Q: What is the Cancellation / Rescheduling policy?
A: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least [specific timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be fully refunded or rescheduled without any additional charges. However, cancellations made less than [specific timeframe] before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests and will work with you to find a suitable alternative date whenever possible.
